Understanding PEMF Therapy at Namaste Chiropractic
PEMF MENU
PEMF Explained
Our Earth emits a pulsing electromagnetic field at 7.8 hertz. This natural energy field, combined with approximately 9-million global lightning strikes each day, plays a large role in allowing our planet to sustain life. Our bodies, like our Earth are electromagnetic. Our brains use electromagnetic signaling to communicate with every bodily system. Science has shown that if our cells have enough electrical charge, the body will have the ability to better heal itself!
PEMF, or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy at Namaste Chiropractic in Palm Beach Gardens, is a non-invasive and drug-free approach to enhancing cellular function in the body. It involves the application of electromagnetic fields to stimulate healing and regeneration at a cellular level. This therapy has gained attention for its potential to alleviate various health conditions. At Namaste Chiropractic, we can provide the addition of PEMF to chiropractic care patient to allow the most effective communication between our brain and our individual cells.
PEMF Therapy works on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When a pulsating magnetic field is applied to the body, it generates an electrical current within the cells, stimulating a range of biological processes. This includes improved cellular communication, increased blood flow, and enhanced oxygenation. One of the signs that our cells need energy is pain and fatigue. PEMF therapy is focused on recharging cells in our body, so they are better able to process nutrients, excrete waste, and function optimally.
Consider looking at each cell in our body as a small battery, capable of holding only so much energy. …over time they lose their charge and need to be recharged to function optimally. Many reasons exist why our cells may not be generating or maintaining enough charge. Physical injury, toxicity, scar tissue, inflammation, and poor nutrition are just some causes of cell energy depletion.
The FDA began approving PEMF in 1979 for bone loss (it was used by NASA to support the astronauts when they returned to Earth). The FDA made additional approvals in 1987 for post-operative edema and pain, 2004 as an adjunct to cervical fusion surgery, and 2011 for depression.
PEMF is trusted around the globe to support natural healing
